About this interview
A case interview on Buy-Side & Markets, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Lead a stock pitch with a one-sentence, falsifiable investment thesis before any supporting narrative
Articulate a genuinely differentiated view -- what isn't already reflected in the current price -- rather than restating public consensus
Defend a specific valuation methodology and resulting price target or expected return with real, stated numbers
Name the single biggest risk to the thesis, a monitorable signal for it, and a concrete exit condition
Reason about position sizing as a function of conviction and risk, not just 'buy some'
What to expect
Pitch a stock you actually know -- long or short -- to a skeptical portfolio manager who will push on your thesis, your valuation, and your downside case exactly like a real investment committee would.
No fixed prompt company here: you bring the idea, and the interview tests whether you can defend it with a real number at every step, not just a narrative.
