About this interview
A behavioral interview on Behavioral & Leadership, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Deliver a full STAR/CAR story with a quantified result, then sustain 3-5 minutes of follow-up drilling into one specific moment inside it
Answer the five core archetypes (engineering disagreement, product failure, influence without authority, pushback on a stakeholder, decision with incomplete data) with concrete, non-generic detail
Demonstrate self-critical revision in a failure story (what changed in how they work now), not just narrating what happened
Avoid the instant-fail red flags: sole-credit-taking, blame-with-no-self-reflection, and unfalsifiable/fabricated numbers under a follow-up
Frame an influence-without-authority story around a concrete mechanism (peer validation, bounded pilot ask) rather than 'I followed up a lot'

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me about a product feature you shipped that you're proud of, and walk me through why.
“Tell me about a time you had to influence a decision without having formal authority over the people involved.
“Tell me about a time you had to navigate a resourcing cut or a reduced team and still deliver.
