About this interview
A case interview on Execution & Metrics, pitched at the easy level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Clarify the exact quantity and unit before building any decomposition tree
Choose top-down (population anchor) vs. bottom-up (unit-economics build-up) decomposition appropriately to the prompt type (consumer volume, B2B adoption, operational load, or technical capacity)
Execute rounded arithmetic with running checkpoints spoken aloud, verifying each intermediate result before continuing
Sanity-check the final number against a figure already established earlier in the same case
Assess sensitivity by naming which single input, if off 2x, would swing the answer most
What to expect
A telehealth scheduling platform wants to know how many patient no-shows it handles across its whole network on an average day.
You'll build the estimate from the ground up, piece by piece, defending every assumption you make along the way and sanity-checking the number before you commit to it.
It's a clean test of structured, spoken-aloud mental math under a bit of ambiguity about exactly what's being counted.
