About this interview
A behavioral interview on Behavioral & Leadership, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Answer against the four leadership-loop categories (leadership, people management, strategy, execution) rather than defaulting to IC-level execution stories
Name the specific ask that was declined when alignment broke down across functions, rather than a conflict-avoidant 'we found a win-win'
Ground a judgment call in evidence (why one team's risk was real, not just risk-averse) when probed
Describe a concrete trust-repair step taken with the side whose ask was not chosen
Articulate how they would coach another PM through the same trade-off, generalizing the judgment into a transferable principle

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“What changes about how you're evaluated in a Group PM or Director loop compared to a standard individual-contributor PM loop?
“Tell me about a time two PMs on your team were in real conflict over a shared roadmap dependency.
“Tell me about a time you had to say no to your CEO or a board-level stakeholder.
