About this interview
A behavioral interview on Fit & PEI, pitched at the easy level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Deliver a structured, 60-90 second resume walkthrough that connects past choices to a consulting narrative without reciting a chronological list.
Answer foundational motivation questions (why consulting, why this firm) with a personal, specific rationale appropriate for an early-career candidate with limited work history.
Demonstrate genuine coachability by taking a real-time correction or piece of feedback well, incorporating it rather than getting defensive or over-apologizing.
Give concrete, specific examples of basic teamwork and work ethic drawn from school, internships, or extracurriculars, appropriately scaled to a junior candidate's actual experience.
Close the interview strongly with well-prepared, genuine questions that reflect real research rather than generic or purely logistical questions.
