About this interview
A case interview on Case Types, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Structure a fixed-budget growth decision as a capital-allocation tradeoff between two named options, rather than evaluating each option in isolation
Calculate and correctly interpret a year-one return-on-investment figure for competing growth levers, narrating the arithmetic in short, checkpointed spoken steps
Practice the ask-then-interpret-then-ask-again exhibit-request rhythm, tying each data request explicitly back to the budget-constraint hypothesis
Recognize when a near-term capital-efficiency result should reshape, rather than simply cancel, a longer-run strategic investment decision
Deliver an answer-first synthesis that reconciles a quantitative result with a longer-horizon strategic consideration, plus a named risk, within a hard time constraint
What to expect
Practice a real growth-strategy tradeoff the way it actually shows up in a consulting interview: a client has a fixed budget and two competing growth levers.
Structure a capital-allocation framework and request the data you need one piece at a time.
Work through return-on-investment and payback math out loud under time pressure.
Land on a clear recommendation that weighs near-term efficiency against longer-run strategic upside.
