About this interview
A behavioral interview on Fit & PEI, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Select and narrate a single, sufficiently complex personal story per PEI dimension (Personal Impact, Entrepreneurial Drive, Inclusive Leadership) that can sustain 8-10 minutes of follow-up without running out of material.
Answer escalating 'why' and 'how' follow-ups with genuine reasoning rather than restating the original story in different words.
Demonstrate accurate self-awareness about how other stakeholders in the story perceived the candidate's actions, including moments of friction or misjudgment.
Handle counterfactual and 'what would you do differently' probes without either over-defending the original decision or over-correcting into unearned self-criticism.
Distinguish the three PEI dimensions clearly enough to avoid recycling the same underlying story or the same claimed strength across all three.

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me about a time you personally drove a result that wouldn't have happened without you pushing for it.
“Tell me about a time you spotted an opportunity nobody had asked you to pursue, and you went after it anyway.
“If your manager at the time were asked, right now, whether this was actually a smart use of your time given everything else on your plate, what would they honestly say, and why might they be right?
