About this interview
A behavioral interview on Fit & PEI, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Deliver crisp, differentiated answers on motivation topics (why consulting, why this firm, why now) that avoid generic, interchangeable phrasing.
Draw on a varied portfolio of short stories across leadership, teamwork, client-handling, and failure -- without repeating the same anecdote for multiple questions.
Handle natural conversational follow-ups (one or two per topic, not an extended ladder) with specificity and without rambling past the point.
Show self-aware, non-defensive responses to weakness and failure questions, converting them into evidence of growth rather than deflection.
Read and adapt to a warmer, more conversational interviewer register than a McKinsey-style drill, including taking a topic redirect smoothly.
