About this interview
A behavioral interview on Foundation — self-disclosure, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Select a real, high-enough-stakes failure and avoid the two classic dodges: a disguised-strength humblebrag and full externalization of blame onto circumstance or leadership
Name the specific decision that was wrong in hindsight with self-implicating detail, without excessive self-flagellation that reads as low confidence
State the actual disclosure moment and timing (what was said to the manager/team and when) under a direct probe, not a vague 'I owned it'
Produce a durable behavior-change claim backed by a concrete later instance of it showing up again, not a rehearsed platitude ('I'll be more careful')
Sustain genuine emotional regulation and non-defensive tone when a probe deliberately re-opens the uncomfortable part of the story

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me about a mistake at work that still bothers you a little, even now.
“Tell me about a time a mistake of yours affected someone else's work, not just your own.
“Tell me about a time you had to decide how much detail to share about a mistake with people who didn't need to know everything.
