About this interview
A behavioral interview on Foundation — opening narrative, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Construct a Present-Past-Future answer that opens with a current-role accomplishment carrying a real number, not a chronological resume read-out
Edit a multi-job history down to exactly the 2-3 experiences that build a deliberate case for the target role, cutting everything else
Land a Future close that names something specific about this role/company rather than a generic 'growth opportunity' line reusable anywhere
Hold the answer inside a 60-90 second target with a hard 2-minute ceiling, self-editing under a live redirect if it runs long
Defend under probing whether a claimed accomplishment is genuinely theirs versus borrowed team credit

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Let's start simple — walk me through your background, however you'd like to tell it.
“You're actually interviewing for an internal move rather than an external job — tell me your story anyway, as if I didn't already know your history here.
“Your resume lists a company-wide award your team won — tell me the specific individual thing you did that you believe earned you a personal share of that credit.
