About this interview
A behavioral interview on Seniority & format ladder, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on

Describe a concrete case of tolerating a 'good enough, done differently' outcome from someone they delegated to, rather than only citing perfect-execution stories
Give a specific example of giving feedback that measurably changed someone's behavior, with the actual moment stated plainly
Address managing a former peer directly, showing awareness of the specific relationship-renegotiation this creates

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me about a time you had to get a result through someone else rather than doing the work yourself.
“Tell me about a time you had to say no to a request from your own manager or a senior stakeholder on behalf of your team.
“Tell me about a time you had to manage your own workload while also being available to unblock your team — a moment where those two things were genuinely in tension.
