About this interview
A behavioral interview on Foundation — STAR core, pitched at the medium level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Hold the ~20/10/60/10 Situation/Task/Action/Result time allocation, catching and correcting the common failure of over-narrating Situation at Action's expense
Recognize SOAR and CAR as cosmetic renamings of the same STAR skeleton when an interviewer uses different terminology
Name the other party's actual argument in their own terms under a probe, distinguishing genuine understanding from mere tolerance
Produce a concrete, quotable line of what they personally said in the conflict conversation, not a summarized 'we talked it through'
Avoid the 'I was right all along' framing trap by demonstrating real resolution and a durable change in the working relationship afterward

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me about a time you disagreed with a peer about how to get a piece of work done, and how it actually got resolved.
“Tell me about a time you disagreed with a teammate about how to do something, and don't just tell me what happened — tell me what you specifically said or did, since that's the part I actually care about.
“Tell me about a disagreement where the other person said something that stung, and give me both what they said and exactly how you responded in that moment.
