About this interview
A behavioral interview on Seniority & format ladder, pitched at the easy level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Draw legitimate STAR material from academic projects, clubs, or internships while still meeting full specificity-of-action and depth-of-reflection standards
Generalize a low-stakes campus story to real workplace conditions when directly probed ('how would this play out with a paying customer or hard deadline')
Surface at least one concrete instance of initiative beyond an assigned task, since zero such example is an explicit red flag at this level
Describe a specific piece of feedback received and a specific, observable behavior change that followed it, demonstrating coachability
Avoid penalizing themselves for low stakes while still delivering first-person ownership rather than diffuse group-credit language

A few sample questions
Just examples to set expectations - the real interview has many more and adapts to your responses.
“Tell me a bit about yourself and what drew you to this field.
“Tell me about a time you had to ask for help on something you couldn't figure out on your own.
“Tell me about a time you had to push back on a request or a deadline you thought was unreasonable, in a class, club, or internship.
