About this interview
A behavioral interview on Foundation — STAR core, pitched at the hard level. A voice AI interviewer leads the conversation, adapts its questions to your answers, keeps you on topic, and afterward gives you honest, specific feedback on where you were strong and where to improve. Expect roughly 30 minutes.
What you'll be assessed on
Name the specific credibility or relationship basis used to influence a peer or stakeholder without relying on positional authority
Identify the concrete first move made under pressure (e.g. a targeted pilot with the most skeptical stakeholder) rather than a vague 'built a strong case'
Demonstrate genuine two-way influence by describing a moment they changed their own position in response to real pushback, not one-way persuasion
Name the single most resistant person and their actual objection when probed, showing the resistance in the story is real rather than invented
State an observable, measurable signal that the influence attempt actually worked, not a vague 'eventually they agreed'
